If you make a booking with us we may also need to collect some, or all, of the following information:

Your personal address, Date of Birth, nationality, passport number, dietary information, medical information, emergency contact details and other information as needed to process your booking.

You may provide your personal information to us directly by one of the following means:

- You contact us with an enquiry through our website contact form or newsletter sign-up form

- You complete a booking form for one of our trips

4. We use the information that you have given us in order to:

- Respond to your enquiry and provide you with the information you have requested

- Process your booking form and related administrative functions arising from this (invoicing, billing, accounting etc)

- Prepare and organise services and elements related to the trip you have booked with us. This may require the passing of certain information to our external suppliers where this is a necessary part of organising your trip (for example, we pass your name and dietary requirements to hotels, relevant medical information to your guide etc)

- Contact you with news, information or offers which we feel are relevant to you (only if you have specifically opted-in to this)

We do not share your personal information with other parties for marketing purposes or similar without your consent.

Your personal information is securely stored in electronic format only. We do not store your information in paper files.

We keep personal information in our customer data base for up to ten years, or until you ask us to delete it, after which it will be permanently deleted from our electronic systems.

Not withstanding the above, we may need to keep certain information for legal reasons. For example billing/accounting related information is kept according to the rules set out by HM Revenue & Customs
